He has been the vice-chancellor of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, vice-chancellor and founder of the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, director of the Escola Tècnica Superior d'Enginyers Industrials de Barcelona, general director of universities and investigation and general director of Scientific Politic of Spain, vice-president of the Comissió Interdepartamental de Recerca i Innovació Tecnològica (CIRIT) of the Generalitat de Catalunya, president of the Fundació BCD-Barcelona Centre de Disseny; president of Caixa Tarragona, president of the Advisor's Board for the sustainable development of Catalonia. He is a member of the Institut d'Estudis Catalans, of the Fundació Gran Enciclopèdia Catalana, of the Reial Acadèmia de Ciències i Arts de Barcelona, of the Reial Acadèmia de Medicina de Catalunya and of the Real Academia de Ingeniería de España. Mollerussa, 1948. Degree in economics from the University of Barcelona. He started his career at Arthur Andersen, where he became a partner Director of audit. He did several works at the Empresa Nacional Bazán. He has been general advisor-manager of Industria de Turbo Propulsores, S.A. (ITP). He occupies the presidence of Eurojet. He has been the general director of Gamesa Eólica and he has also been chairman of the Autoritat Portuària de Barcelona.

He has made a big number of works related to the investigation and technology: dean of the Col.legi d’Enginyers Navals i Oceànics d’Espanya, chairman of the Engine Sectorial Group (ESG), chairman of the Associació de Fabricants Bascos de Material Aeroespacial (HEGAN),and he has been the president of EUSKALIT, the foundation for the quality of the Basque Country.
He has been the president of the social advisor of the Universitat de Barcelona.

He has also participated in different projects related to the nautical sports, in fields related to the ships design and as a crew member of yacht race. He has made alone the Atlantic crossing and he was nominated "Better Natical sportsman", he went around the world "Whitbread" as a skipper.

He is a long-term member of the Real Academia de Ingeniería and he has got two crosses to the Naval Merit and he has also one to the Aeuronautical Merit. He has also the Gran Cruz de la Orden de Alfonso X El Sabio.

1968. Graduate in law (UAB) and master in law and public management (UPF) and Liderage and innovation in public policy (ESADE). She is Mayor of Sant Cugat del Vallès. Between 1994 and 1999 she was Professor of administrative law at the Autonomous University of Barcelona and, between 1994 and 1996, she was head of the legal service of the Catalan Association of municipalities. He participates as Professor in postgraduate courses and advanced courses: mobility, management of companies in public works and private infrastructure management. He has worked in the Directorate General of urbanism of the Generalitat of Catalonia. Directs the company ITER Chair and chairs the academic Commission of the private infrastructure management. It has also been mayor of Olot, President of the Diputació de Girona, Member of the Parlament de Catalunya, Conseller de Medi Ambient and Territorial policy. He is honoris causa doctor by the UNED.

Manresa, 1957.

Granollers, 1942. He is civil engineer and he has a master's degree in Building Business Management. He is the president of the Banco Caminos. He has been professor of applied economy in Works and analysis of investments at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. He is general secretary of the Colegio de Ingenieros de Caminos, Canales y Puertos. He has got the Honour Medal of the Colegio de Ingenieros de Caminos, Canales y Puertos and he is a member of the Federación Española de los Amigos de los Museos, of the Academia Catalana de Gastronomía and of the Hermandad del Fogón.

Tordera, 1946. He is civil engineer by the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid,he has a MBA by the IESE. He is general director of CIVIS Corporation, general director of CVs Ingeniería, president of CIMA, president of Olivergrup and advisor of Patern Salut. He has been the president of the Port of Barcelona, general director of Transports de la Generalitat, vice-chairman of Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat, general secretary of the departament de Política Territorial i Obres Públiques d'ADIGSA, member of the Comitè Executiu del COOB' 92 and vice-chairman of the Comitè Organitzador dels Jocs Paralímpics, general secretary of the sanitary and social security department, director of the Servei Català de la Salut of the Generalitat de Catalunya.
