A Barometer is a tool that makes possible the periodic monitoring of the evolution of main indicators and descriptive parameters of an ambit, in the range of individual indicators and thanks to index of results that have been added. The purpose of the Barometer is to identify the tendencies and to know the reactions of the agents that have been studied in the different actions and politics that are designed, with the objective to adapt themselves to the real and changeable needs of the environment and the society. The extensiver barometers are the trust atmospehere of a fixed sector and the quality barometers. A Observatory is a work group that is made up of experts of a fixed sector that make a periodic monitoring of key indicators. This act allows them to know the evolution in a fixed area. This monitoring can be made throughout the use of own tools or making the monitoring of public or private indicators. The purpose of the Observatory is to lay down a point of reference with the purpose to coordinate the planning and the actions of fixed sector. The other objectives are to transmit and to transfer the needs of the collectives providing the communication among them. |
